Corroless Corrosion inhibitors work by continuously releasing a vapour with powerful anti-corrosion properties. On contact with the metal the vapour forms a mono-molecular film on the substrate surface, creating an ionically insulating barrier between the substrate and the environment and thus preventing the process of corrosion.

The Corroless Corrosion Inhibitor principle has been incorporated into a wide range of media including powder, oils, greases, waxes, offering easy to use protection for virtually all applications.

Corroless CI – VCI Powder
Provides an effective (dry) method of protecting against corrosion in enclosed areas.
Applications: pipework systems, tank and void spaces, valves and pumps.

An easy to apply range of adhesive backed impregnated foam products which release powerful anti corrosion vapours at a constant steady rate.

Corroless CI250 – Water soluble VCI
Forms a continuous, clear, protective film providing effective protection against corrosion. CCI 250 can be fogged into pipework or can be used as corrosion inhibiting hydrotest water additive.
Applications: pipework systems, cooling systems and storage tanks.

Corroless CI300 – VCI – Oil additive
CCI300 is a VCI concentrate that offers excellent protection against corrosion for interior surfaces of engines, hydraulic systems and other machinery.
Applications: Lubricating and hydraulic systems.

Corroless CI350 – VCI Lubricating film
Suited for application to a wide range of surfaces with minimal surface preparation.
Applications: flange ends, chains, wire ropes, shafts and bright metal parts.

Corroless CI355 – VCI EP Grease
A VCI enriched grease, which can be applied directly to surfaces requiring continuous lubrication in areas subject to heavy or shock loading. Used to replace existing greases during periods when equipment is in storage or out of service.

Corroless CI400 – VCCI Wax coating
Developed for outdoor use on equipment exposed to aggressive corrosion conditions.
Applications: cranes, bridges, derrick and drill floor equipment, handling tools, external pipework.
